Gemma McClendon is a licensed Real Estate Broker who has proudly served the Fort Wayne community since 2012. Currently with Century 21 Bradley, she brings a deep commitment to client advocacy, local knowledge, and professional excellence. Gemma is especially passionate about providing opportunities and resources for individuals and families to achieve the dream of homeownership—empowering first-time buyers and guiding them with care every step of the way. Beyond helping clients navigate life-changing real estate decisions, she is devoted to building stronger, more informed communities.

Gemma is actively involved in leadership at both the local and state levels. She graduated from the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2022 and currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer of the UPSTAR Board of Directors (2025), while also contributing her voice on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Government Affairs Committee.

In addition to her real estate career, Gemma serves in ministry leadership at Redemption Church Fort Wayne as a Minister and Women’s Small Group Facilitator—further demonstrating her heart for service and community.
